I was disappointed from the start when check-in was awkward, with the front desk staff discussing an incident that made me uncomfortable. The room had a loud and constant noise that disrupted our sleep throughout the night. To top it off, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which left me feeling uneasy about the hotel's attention to cleanliness.

my stay was pleasant thanks to quick check-in and a clean room that made it easy to relax after walks to nearby attractions like Forestiere Underground Gardens, which is just about 600 meters away, making my urban strolls truly enjoyable.
